I got charged because I completely forgot to cancel in time, so I reached out to support expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. To my surprise, they sorted the refund quickly, and the cancel button was easy to find too. there was no drama at all, which was such a relief. I really appreciated how stress-free they made the whole thing

"Plenty to Watch, with a Small Catch"
There’s usually something fun to put on, whether I’m in the mood for Marvel, older cartoons, or just browsing for something random. I do wish it were a little easier to find certain things sometimes, because the scrolling can get annoying. Still, the variety is really solid, and I almost always end up finding something worth watching.

"Streams smoothly pretty much every night"
I use it on my TV most nights and it just kind of works, which is all I really want. I don’t think about it much because it barely ever buffers, I just put something on and it plays fine.

"Not worth the price anymore"
I used to be fine paying for it, but the price just keeps creeping up and there really aren’t enough shows I actually watch to make it feel worth it anymore. What’s even more frustrating is when you ask about the changes, it feels like you just get the usual policy excuse instead of any real answer. At this point, it feels like I’m paying more for less

I’m 100% convinced this is one of the easiest apps I’ve ever used. Finding shows takes basically no effort at all, and everything is right where you’d expect it to be.

"I had some random login issue..."
I had some random login issue on disneyplus.com and ended up messaging support, expecting it to take a while. But they got back to me fast, which was a nice surprise. They fixed it without making me explain the same thing over and over, which I always dread with support chats for some reason. Anyway, it was a lot easier than I thought it’d be, and I was happy with how smoothly it went
